After a Year of Private Stays, Jenni Kayne’s Hudson Valley Farmhouse Is Available to Rent on Airbnb

What happens when a California lifestyle brand tries its hand at an upstate New York retreat? The Jenni Kayne Farmhouse in Tivoli, New York, where you’ll find west coast-style open floorplans and light woods in a classic Hudson Valley setting. The home, which was previously invite-only, is now available for short-term stays on Airbnb this summer.

The setup: four bedrooms, each with its own color palette and mood, three spa-like bathrooms stocked with Oak Essentials’ skincare and bath products, and an open chef’s kitchen that looks ready for either a farm-to-table cooking class or a very photogenic breakfast. The great room is designed to be the heart of the home, flooded with light and layered with textures, while the rest of the house leans into a California-meets-country feeling, with vintage and antique pieces (over 70, some from the 17th and 18th centuries, courtesy of Galerie Provenance) and a few original works by Benjamin Abramowitz.

Wellness is a recurring theme here. The Oak Wellness Club, set in a greenhouse, includes a sauna, cold plunge, and wood-fired hot tub, plus the option to book massages and facials. There’s a private pool open year-round, a garden for the produce-inclined, and winding trails if you’d rather stroll than soak.

The location is about a two-hour drive from New York City (or a bit longer by train), and the nearest airport is Albany International, roughly an hour away. Tivoli itself is a small Hudson Valley town, with the usual upstate perks: hiking, wine tasting, and the shops of downtown Hudson nearby.

Bookings are limited and only available through Airbnb for the summer season. Amenities include WiFi, free parking, a washer, and exterior security cameras. Cleaning is available during your stay, and the pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The general expectation: slow living, lots of natural light, and a chance to see if the California-countryside crossover is your kind of getaway.
