A New Outdoor Furniture Collection Rooted in French Antiques
If your outdoor setup is feeling more tired than timeless, allow us to redirect your attention to Vestige—a new French-inspired outdoor collection from California-based Olive Ateliers that has us dreaming of sun-dappled days in Provence. Gone are the boxy basics and overwrought antiques. In their place? Soft silhouettes, sculptural lines, and an old-world romance that feels plucked from a storied estate. “We’re inspired by the quiet beauty of aged materials and the harmony of French gardens,” says co-founder Laura Sotelo. With 14 pieces spanning furniture, storage, and decor, this collection makes the case for a summer spent alfresco—in style. From $65 to $2,995 oliveateliers.com.
William White Debuts Home Décor, Alongside a Fashion Presentation
Leave it to William White founder Will Cooper to turn a classic French decorating trick into a full-blown fever dream. Channeling the spirit of 1970s David Hicks—who famously cloaked entire rooms in a single fabric—Cooper’s immersive installation Off The Clock – On The Clock wraps over 500 yards of crisp blue shirting fabric around every surface imaginable. Think ceiling drapery, upholstered furniture, and bespoke lamps, all perfectly tailored and wildly chic. With collaborators like artist Aleksandar Duravcevic and curator Ysabel Pinyol Blasi, the installation blurs the lines between fashion, art, and home—offering a dreamy, made-to-measure world where less is most definitely more. Figurative Hardware from Nest Studio Channels Cocteau
ELLE DECOR A-List interior designer Jessica Davis of Atelier Davis and Atlanta design darling Laura Jenkins just debuted a distinct and sculptural hardware collaboration. Nest Studio’s Profile Series is its first designer team-up—and Laura’s first foray into hardware. The ten-piece collection riffs on Bauhaus boldness with knobs, pulls, and mounts that are equal parts sculpture and functional statements. Think Giacometti meets Cocteau with a dash of asymmetry. My favorite? The Disc pull—clean, punchy, and pure drama. Available now on Nest Studio’s site and in showrooms nationwide. Your cabinets will thank us. From $50, neststudiocollection.com.
Stripes, Sardines, and Style — Make Your Next Grocery Haul More Fun
Though grocery shopping is more commonly cast in the role of quotidian necessity, at Big Night it takes on the air of ritual—a carefully composed shop where sustenance and style meet. The brainchild of former Infatuation editor Katherine Lewin—she who loves a good stripe as much as I do—this jewel-box of a provisions shop is evolving, extending both its square footage and its ambitions. The shelves, open and inviting, are arranged not simply with pantry staples, but with objects of desire: tinned fish in jewel-toned wraps, olive oils that gleam like perfume bottles, and dry goods packaged with a cool graphic designer’s precision.
The tableau continues in the kitchen-inspired central island, where vivid ceramics and eccentric candlesticks play host to imagined dinner parties. Overhead, a sweep of barware glints elegantly above the utilitarian checkout counter—cleverly also functioning as a bar by interiors studio East Otis Studio. One leaves with ingredients, yes, but also with inspiration. Here, the regular grocery run becomes something altogether more celebratory. bignightbk.com, 144 Franklin Street, Greenpoint, Brooklyn, 11222.
East Fork Honors Artistic Legacy with Matisse Collection
In a deeply personal and historic moment, East Fork—Asheville’s celebrated B Corp known for its handcrafted pottery—introduces the Matisse Collection, a permanent line that pays tribute to Henri Matisse through the eyes of his great-grandson, East Fork founder Alex Matisse. For years, Alex carved out his own legacy in clay, distinct from his iconic lineage. Now, with the blessing of Les Héritiers Matisse, the family estate, he brings his great-grandfather’s visual language to life through surface decoration and bold new colorways. The new line blends heritage and craftsmanship in plates, mugs, and more, elevating the everyday with fine art provenance. From $68, eastfork.com.
