Taylor Swift’s Former Cape Cod Mansion Lists for $15 Million

If these walls could sing, they’d probably be humming a Taylor Swift breakup ballad. The pop superstar’s former Cape Cod mansion—yes, that one from her brief Kennedy-era romance—is officially on the market for a staggering $14.99 million, according to the listing. Tucked adjacent to the famed Kennedy compound in the exclusive Hyannis Port enclave, the 1920s oceanfront estate is currently the priciest listing on the Cape, according to Mansion Global.

Swift snapped up the white clapboard colonial back in 2012 during her short-lived fling with Conor Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. She purchased it at just 22 years old for a reported $4.8 million, then flipped it for a profit the following year for $5.7 million, the Cape Cod Times reported. The house’s current sellers, who remain anonymous, purchased the estate from Swift in 2013—and now, more than a decade later, are looking for a new owner.

The 1920s-era property located in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, is situated on more than 1.1 acres of expansive lawns in that slope down to a private beach and sweeping views of the Nantucket Sound. The estate includes a main house with eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms, and a guest cottage.

Inside, the nearly 5,000-square-foot residence exudes classic New England charm, featuring hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams, wood-burning fireplaces, and sunlit rooms framed by oversized windows. French doors open onto wraparound porches and terraces perfect for outdoor entertaining or simply soaking in the serene coastal setting. There’s also a gym, lofted library, office, heated pool, and three-car garage. According to Mansion Global, the house’s current owners brought on architect Dell Mitchell and interior designer Heather Wells to give it a refresh.

Despite Swift’s short tenure there, the house has become a stop on unofficial fan tours. But the current owners have kept the property private, enhancing its appeal for potential buyers seeking a celebrity-level retreat. Robert B. Kinlin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Robert Paul Properties is the listing agent for the property.
