If the Nuna Mixx Next is the BMW of the stroller universe, then the Yoyo3 is the Fiat. Clocking in at just 15 pounds, this stroller is lightweight, lower cost, and easy to travel with. It’s great for urban settings or for minimalist parents. This model features a new sunshade the pulls down farther, as well as upgraded four-wheel suspension and a taller seat back for bigger kids. It can also be doubled with the Yoyo2 or Yoyo3 via the Yoyo3 connect, an accessory that attaches the two together, though we found the vertical stroller lineup to be rather awkward, especially if the front child wants something (which, they always do).
In testing, this stroller felt a bit flimsy. When folding it, we had issues with it staying folded. Also, the brake was placed in an awkward place and we kept tripping over it. The storage basket was about half the size of most other strollers.
Note that if you bought a YOYO between September and October 2024 with serial numbers starting with “142AA” followed by numbers that fall below “0062239,» these were recalled due to a potentially faulty parking brake. Owners of these strollers should register their Yoyo3 for a full refund.
