Amazon Prime Day is officially here, and along with deals on Le Creuset Dutch ovens and mid-century modern furniture, one of the best home deals we’ve come across is on the state-of-the-art Dyson V8 cordless vacuum. While it typically retails for $470, right now it’s marked down 36 percent for Prime Day, bringing the price down to just $300. That’s $170 in savings—the lowest we’ve seen outside of Black Friday, and the lowest in 2025, according to the Amazon price tracking site, Camelcamelcamel.
In case you’re not a vacuum aficionado, here’s what you need to know about the cordless Dyson V8 model: With your purchase, you will receive the Dyson vacuum, a charging port and wall dock, and four attachments that can handle any type of mess. Some of the attachments were specifically designed to clean up pet hair, while options like the Crevice Tool or Mini Soft Dusting Brush are ideal for hard-t0-reach places that your typical wide attachment can’t get to. Plus, the Dyson V8 can clean for about 40 minutes in its cordless form, and has a two-year warranty included.
While we love Prime Day for its amazing deals on everything from home decor to patio sets, we always recommend using this shopping holiday to pick up big-budget pieces while they’re on rare sale. Dyson doesn’t typically run sales, especially not large ones, which is why we’re so obsessed with this opportunity. There’s no saying how long this deal will last—it could go until the end of Prime Day, July 11th, or could sell our or go back to being full-price with no notice. So if you’ve been waiting for the right time to pick up a fan-favorite vacuum while prices are low, you might not get another opportunity like this until November.
While the Dyson V8 Vacuum is our favorite Prime Day Dyson deal, it’s far from the only one. Below, check out some of their other discounts that we have our eyes on:
